How to make an appointment:
The clinic faculty will be happy to review your case and to assess your current medical condition before you travel to the Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy Center at The University of Texas Health Science Center.

Please call 210-592-0586 - Ask for the Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy Clinic. A faculty physician will return your call and discuss your medical needs.

Physician referrals:
You may refer a patient to the HCM clinic by calling 210-592-0586. A faculty physician will return your call as soon as possible.

If you wish to contact us after 6 pm or on a weekend, please call 210-567-0001. This number is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by a medical professional. They will contact the HCM clinic staff and assure that you receive follow up.
